The biggest complaint I have about this restaurant is that you CANNOT get a hot belgian waffle!! Not even a warm one. No butter melting and nor will it ever be hot & fluffy! The waitress told me that they cook up a huge batch in the morning all at once and it would be too much trouble to make it to order. It was about conveniencing them more than pleasing the customer. Who ever heard of a waffle you couldn't even have warm? It really wasn't good at all. More than anything, I really dislike the reasons that they gave for not serving warm food. The attitude was convenience the staff first. Serve good food to the customer later.
